Products & Sizing
To find the right board, consider your weight, height, and skill level.
For snowboarding, your riding style (freestyle, all-mountain, or freeride) also matters. Shorter boards are easier to maneuver, while longer ones offer more stability at high speeds.
For skateboarding, width is key: narrower boards (7.5"–8") are better for technical tricks, while wider ones (8"+) offer more stability for cruising or ramps. If you're unsure, we'd be happy to help you in-store or online!

To choose the right snowboard for your child, consider their height, weight, and skill level. Children's boards are usually shorter and more flexible to facilitate learning.
Most of our products include a manufacturer's warranty. Terms and conditions vary by brand. Contact us if you have any issues with your product.
To care for your new snowboard, wax it regularly, store it in a dry place, and check the edges after each session.
Keep the bearings clean and lubricated, store the skateboard in a dry place, and periodically check that the trucks are tight.

Shipping & Returns
We ship throughout Spain and Europe. Although rates are fixed, they may be adjusted periodically. If your order requires any adjustment, we will notify you by email for confirmation.
Ground shipping is handled by our regular carriers. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries. Contact us to inquire about availability and rates for your destination.
We process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak season (winter) there may be some delay. We will notify you by email when your order ships.
Prices shown on the website include VAT. For shipments outside the EU, additional duties may apply depending on the legislation of the destination country.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product arrives defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the costs.
You can cancel your order before it is processed. Once shipped, it is not possible to cancel it, but you can request a return upon receipt.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
