Duty-free shopping
If you order from qualifying EU countries, you can shop your favorite pieces tax-free. Currently, this service is only available for shipments to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, and Spain.
To be eligible for a tax refund, you must meet the following requirements:

You must reside outside the European Union

The order must be shipped to one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, or the Czech Republic

The billing address must be outside the European Union (excluding PO boxes)

The name must be identical to the one on the passport, billing address, and shipping address
If you are eligible for tax-free shopping, you can choose to receive more information via email on the confirmation page. To do this and receive a tax refund document from Global Blue, please select "Yes, please" on the next page.
You have 2 business days to send a copy of your passport to customercare@nuance-store.com. Please include your order number in the email.
After receiving the package, fill out the Global Blue tax refund form and get a customs stamp at any EU airport. To complete this step, you will need the following documentation:

The completed tax-free form

Your passport

Your receipts/invoices

The purchased items (unused/unworn), in their original packaging and with the price tag
We suggest that you also have a certificate of residence outside the EU, if you have a European passport.
You can then present the completed and stamped form at a Global Blue counter to receive your tax refund.
